Raji was a powerful king who was known for his martial skills and valor. He was so powerful that he even defeated the gods in battle and became the ruler of the heavens. Raji’s reign was marked by his arrogance and tyranny, and he soon became despised by the gods and the people. To put an end to Raji’s rule, the gods approached Lord Vishnu and asked him for help. Lord Vishnu then sent Indra, the king of gods, to challenge Raji to a duel. Indra and Raji fought fiercely, and in the end, Indra emerged victorious. However, Indra, too, became arrogant and started to believe that he was invincible. He began to neglect his duties as the king of the gods and indulged in sensual pleasures. The gods became concerned and approached Lord Vishnu again, asking for his help in dealing with Indra’s arrogance. Lord Vishnu then sent Raji, who had learned the value of humility and had become a wise and just ruler, to challenge Indra. Raji fought Indra and defeated him, thus teaching him the importance of humility and the dangers of arrogance. The story of Raji and Indra teaches us about the importance of humility and the dangers of arrogance.
