Samba who is the son of Lord Krishna and his wife Jambavati, and is also known as Pradyumna. According to some accounts, Samba is believed to have played a role in the downfall of the Yadava dynasty, which was ruled by Lord Krishna. It is said that Samba dressed up as a woman and approached the sages during a Yajna, asking them to bless him with a son. The sages, who were outraged by Samba’s deception, cursed him to give birth to an iron bolt that would destroy his entire clan. In some versions of the story, it is believed that Duryodhana imprisoned Samba as part of his plan to weaken the Yadava dynasty.
