This is the English version of the Panchatantra story involving the mouse who is transformed into a beautiful girl by a Rishi. When it is time to get the girl married, her father has an interesting experience along the way.
The Rishi is in search of a perfect groom for her. She wants to marry a mighty man. Therefore, the Rishi meets the Sun God but he is hot and the daughter does not like him. Rishi asks who is mightier than him. Sun God replies that Wind God is more powerful. When the Rishi and the daughter meet the Wind God, the wind God says that the Mountain is more powerful than him.Then they meet the Mountain God and the girl asks him if there is any one mightier than him? The Mountain God says the King of Mice is the mightiest because he is able to dig holes in the mountain. Therefore, the girl meets the King of Mice and falls in love with him and they get married.
