In the end, the friends outsmart the hunter’s family and return safely to their pond, learning the value of loyalty and teamwork in overcoming adversity.
In a dense jungle, a fish named Sona lived with his two best friends, a crow named Gora and a turtle named Bola. One day, a hunter and his family arrived to set up camp nearby. Gora, who had seen the hunter, warned Sona and Bola of the impending danger. Sona, being a fish, was relatively safe, but the three friends decided to leave the pond and find a safer place for Bola to live.
Gora devised a plan: he would find a stick, and Bola would bite onto it. Gora and Sona would then carry Bola through the air, away from the pond. The only condition was that Bola must not talk, or he would fall. As they flew, Bola became excited by the breathtaking views and forgot the warning, opening his mouth to exclaim his joy. As a result, he fell to the ground and was captured by the hunter’s children.
The hunter’s family decided to cook Bola for dinner, so they tied him up and left him near the fire while they went to gather firewood. Sensing his friend’s danger, Gora devised another plan to save Bola. He flew to Sona and asked him to pretend to be dead, floating on the surface of the pond. Seeing the seemingly dead fish, the hunter’s wife left Bola unattended to collect Sona for her husband’s meal. This gave Gora the opportunity to untie Bola, who escaped to the pond. Meanwhile, Sona swam to safety underwater.
When the hunter’s wife realized she had been tricked, she returned to find Bola missing. The friends had outsmarted the hunter’s family, and from that day on, they remained together in the safety of their pond, having learned the importance of loyalty and teamwork.
In this story, the friendship between Sona the fish, Gora the crow, and Bola the turtle is tested when a hunter and his family pose a threat to their safety. Through clever thinking and teamwork, the friends manage to outsmart the hunter’s family and secure their safety. The tale highlights the importance of loyalty, cooperation, and the power of friendship in overcoming adversity.
