Chalak Bhed is a Panchatantra story of a lamb (Bhed) and a wolf. In this story, the wolf is chased by the dogs. The wolf goes near the river and sees a lamb. He is hungry and desires to eat the lamb. The wolf lures the lamb by asking if the lamb get him water from the river. The lamb understands the wolf’s guile and tells the wolf that it is a bait to eat him.
