About This Episode
According to legend, Balaram and Krishna were once in the forests of Vrindavan when they encountered Dhenukasura, a powerful demon who took the form of a donkey. Balarama killed the demon by uprooting a tree and using it to strike him. Another legend associated with Balarama is the killing of Pralamba, a demon who took the form of a cowherd and attempted to kidnap Balarama and his friends. Balarama killed Pralamba by smashing him to the ground.
